Refund policy

Returns

If you have changed your mind or made an error at the time of purchase, you may initiate a return within 30 days of the purchase date. Requests submitted after this period are not eligible for a refund or exchange*.

- To be eligible for a return, all items must be purchased directly from our website (www.orbitkey.asia) and are unused, in resalable condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.

- To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@orbitkey.com to receive an RMA number and return information. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Personalised / monogrammed items
  • Gift cards

Refund Policy

- For pre-ordered or back-ordered product(s), returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

- Customers will be responsible for the cost of shipping back the product(s) to us.

- Shipping costs and any customs/import duties and taxes will not be reimbursed and are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified warranty defect.

- All products purchased via Kickstarter or Indiegogo campaigns are final sale and non-refundable.

- Customers returning multiple orders must ship each order separately and comply with the return instructions associated with each order.

- We do not refund foreign transaction or international processing fees associated with currency conversion on credit card transactions.

- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. 
*All Orbitkey products are covered by a 24-month manufacturing warranty. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email.
